2010 Sales Excellence Research Study
Thanks for your interest! In 2010 AlignMark plans to conduct a research study - The 2010 Sales Excellence Research Study - and is actively seeking participation by companies. Below is an overview of the planned study and the benefits of participation.
AlignMark will use its previously developed and validated AccuVision Sales System (Version 2.0) assessment - a job simulation tool which assesses B2B consultative sales skills - to assess incumbent sales professionals across the country. General components of the study include the following:
- Assess a large stratified sample of sales professionals on AccuVision
- Analyze data by industry, classification of sales offering, company size, etc. in order to identify trends and differences in sales skills across groups
- Provide participating companies with group feedback on their respective incumbents' performance trends, as well as benchmarking data to relevant comparison groups.
- Overview of AccuVision Sales System
- Online, video-based job simulation assessment which requires no administrator
- Measures Sales Planning and Needs Identification; Active Listening; Managing the Sales Process; and, Influencing and Closing. Additionally, behavioral tendencies are evaluated to assess "fit".
- 1.25 hours in duration
- Participation Considerations
- Assess up to 30 incumbents at no charge; minimum of 20 preferred
- AlignMark will take care of all administrative needs
- Participating companies will receive a group report on their incumbents' performance
- Comparative data to appropriate norm groups will also be provided
