AlignMark seeks Development Partners to assist with the design and validation of its newest online, video-based job simulation assessment tool for Leadership positions. 

Using our 30 years of experience, AlignMark is designing a state-of-the-art Leadership Assessment System to be used for selection and development. Development will require content creation, video production and validation activities.  In order to create the best possible assessment tool, AlignMark desires to work with selective organizational Partners.

Key roles for organizational Partners may include one or more of the following participation options.

Design Phase

• Partner's provide input on key work activities, competencies, and proficiency levels required for success as a Leader. 

Development Phase

• Partner's review newly created assessment materials for realism and effectiveness.

Validation Phase

• Incumbent Leaders take the newly created assessment.
• Immediate managers of those Leaders complete an online, confidential assessment of the Leader's on-the-job performance. 
• AlignMark analyzes the data to determine the relationship of assessment results to actual job performance.
