AlignMark is pleased to announce a series of webinars dedicated to recruiting and selection in the retail industry.  This series will focus on using technology, social media, and how to impact employee theft by making good hiring decisions as it relates specifically to the retail industry.

AlignMark’s first of three webinars focusing on recruiting and staffing for the retail industry was April 28, 2011.

    In that interactive webinar we:

  • ­Discussed the benefits of having an interactive process versus using one-way communication.
  • Showed the return on investment associated with using technology to deliver your recruiting message early in the process and a “scheduler” to save time on the back end.
  • Shared best practices from other retailers.
