Dr. Jaffee (M.A., Ph.D.) is a recognized expert in the field
of assessments, and has created effective HR Solutions used
by millions of people. He has over 20 years of experience with
assessment, testing, and training and development, and has served
as a legal expert for the state and federal court systems and
the federal government.
In addition to publishing numerous articles, Dr. Jaffee has published “The Art of Managing,” a book that helps people build the skills they need to manage effectively.
Dr. Jaffee is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Association of Test Publishers and the American Society for Training and Development. He has been appointed to the Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee.
Dr. Jaffee Sr. (Ph.D) has over 35 years of experience with human resources in large corporations, publishing, partnering, direct sales, and the development of personnel assessment and training tools.
As a recognized expert in the field of psychology, Dr. Jaffee Sr. has served on the executive committees of several publishing companies. He has published eight books and over 100 articles and chapters. Dr. Jaffee is a member of the American Psychological Association and the American Society of Training Directors, and has been nominated for the Training Hall of Fame.
Mr. Struth manages AlignMark's Consulting Services and Product
Development areas. He has over 30 years of experience designing
and implementing organizational effectiveness programs and has
worked with clients from virtually all industries at a broad
range of organizational levels.
Mr. Struth has published a number of professional articles in the area of HR, and is the co-author of “The Art of Managing: How to Assess & Perfect Your Management Style.”
Don Kottick leads the design and development of our real estate recruiting and selection systems. Mr. Kottick has an established track record of creating highly innovative solutions; he has consulted for Imagemaker360 Virtual Tours, CanWest Interactive Media and the Commercial Real Estate Exchange, among others. He has also held the following prominent positions: General Manager, Real Estate Division, Trader.com Classified Media; VP of Technology and Business Development, Toronto Real Estate Board; Director of New Products and Services, Royal LePage Residential Services.
Mr. Shen is the Chief Technology Officer of AlignMark and as
such is responsible for overseeing technology and R&D.
Mr. Shen has extensive experience in complex software development,
designing and managing enterprise software that delivers tangible
customer results. Mr. Shen’s experience includes
innovate work with online recruitment, online assessment, e-learning,
and Rich Internet Application technologies. Mr. Shen continues
to be on the leading edge of applying new technologies to HR
processes and procedures. Prior to joining Alignmark in 2001,
Mr. Shen served as a senior software developer for Tianyuan
Inc., a MIS provider in China. Mr. Shen received a Bachelor
of Science degree from Sun Yat-Sen University and a Masters
of Management Science degree from the University of Waterloo. |
