Cost of Turnover Calculator

This calculator is designed to estimate the annualized cost of turnover for a given job position.  The process for estimating turnover costs can be structured as extremely detailed and time consuming or can be greatly simplified by using pre-defined, but job specific, average cost amounts for related cost variables – e.g., recruitment and hiring costs, lost productivity, on-boarding and training costs, etc. AlignMark’s calculator makes use of such pre-defined averages in order to simplify your task and draws on data from organizations such as The Saratoga Institute, Jack Philips Center for Research, as well as various industry and trade publications.
