    AccuVision ® Systems is a unique family of assessment tools which combines job simulation, video, and computer technologies to measure the skills and abilities required for success in specific job positions.     How does AccuVision work?

    Each assessment is comprised of video simulations depicting job-relevant situations. At a critical point in each situation, the participant is asked to choose one of four behavioral options corrresponding to what he or she considers to be the most effective course of action, and which option would be the least effective course of action.

    Subsequently, results are computer-scored using a standardized scoring formula, and feedback is generated that describes the participant's performance on a variety of important, job-relevant skills. The assessment results include:

    • A Feedback Report indicating the participant’s overall performance results;
    • Skill strengths and weaknesses;
    • Performance Development Strategies for those skills that demonstrate a need for development.

    • Ease of administration -- AccuVision can be used for group or individual administration. AccuVision assessments can also be delivered via the Internet.
    • Provides insight on your organization's training and recruiting efforts -- a group report can be generated that gives information on how a particular group performed, as compared to other incumbents in the same position. The data reports on how the group performed overall and by individual skill. Trends are identified, which can be used to direct future organization-wide training and recruiting strategies.
