We are using 360s as a means to provide feedback to our senior leaders, and initiate development plans for those leaders. We are also using coaching services provided by Alignmark which I am incredibly impressed with.
The setup and implementation was easy. I worked directly with the company and they provided suggestions to make the 360 even more effective. The report is fantastic. It is robust, well laid out, and easy to follow. It is a great tool to begin the development process for our leaders.
