Maitland, Florida: AlignMark, LLC. today announced that Greg Leonard has joined AlignMark, LLC. as Vice President of Sales.
Greg is joining AlignMark from Salary.com, where he was the Managing Director of Channel Partnership Sales with a primary focus on developing, securing, and managing new value-added strategic partnerships and relationships with senior workforce leaders at State Chambers of Commerce and State Hospital Associations across the US region over the last two years. He will be bringing over two and a half decades of experience and expertise in the HR Talent Technology and Human Capital Management arena back to AlignMark to expand sales efforts through all product channels.
Leonard began his HR sales career with AlignMark and was a part of the team before and during the dot.com boom where AlignMark was an early adopter of this new technology. He returns to AlignMark, twenty years later, after successful runs with multinational HR Consulting firms Mercer as Senior Director of Talent Assessment and Measurement Solutions and later as Principal of Talent Information and Technology Solutions and from Willis Towers Watson where he was Senior Director of Regional Sales in their Talent Technology and Compensation Management Solutions practice area.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Florida State University with a minor degree in International Affairs.
